This isn't a post asking for help with my account. I want to talk about the structural problem with Anthropic's support system, because I think more people should be aware of it before they pay for a subscription. The situation that exposed this: A gift subscription (Claude Max 20x) vanished mid-period with no warning, no email, no explanation. Invoice and receipt confirmed it was valid. The subscription simply disappeared from the billing page entirely — not expired, not greyed out, just gone.
